Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Effective from 12. 10. 2026

1. Data controller

The data controller is FastMedia.Pro, Timothy Knott, business identification number (IČO) 17308551, Telce, Peruc 440 01, Czech Republic, email: support@fastmedia.pro, phone: +420 797 864 432.

2. What data we process

Name, email, mobile phone (and whether it is on WhatsApp), delivery address, order details, and for stable orders the stable name, coordinator and horse/box breakdown. When you sign in with Google we receive only your email and name.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to handle and deliver your order and communicate with you (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention

Order data is kept as long as needed to fulfil the order and then for the period required by accounting and tax law (typically 10 years for accounting records).

5. Optional newsletter

Only with explicit consent do we store a verified email, language, consent status and version, and last change date (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your video-blog preference in the same form at any time. Email delivery is not active yet; before launch we will identify the chosen provider and every email will contain an unsubscribe link. Active data is retained until withdrawal; afterwards only necessary withdrawal and consent-evidence records are retained.

6. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties for marketing. We use providers for hosting and database, sign-in (Google) and messaging (WhatsApp, if you contact us that way), who process data only as needed.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. Send requests to support@fastmedia.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

8. WhatsApp contact

If you contact us on WhatsApp or send your order summary with the “Send to WhatsApp” button, your phone number, name and message are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under its own terms. We use messages only to handle your order and reply to you.

9. Cookies and analytics

Essential local storage (sign-in, language, draft order, your cookie choice) is used without consent because the site needs it to work.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Visitor Tracking (visitortracking.com) run only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). They measure visits, traffic sources and conversions (e.g. order submitted, WhatsApp click). Without consent these scripts are not loaded at all. Data may be transferred outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

10. Supervisory authorities & perishable goods

The competent data protection supervisory authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, https://uoou.gov.cz). The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI, https://www.coi.cz) handles consumer protection within its remit and out-of-court consumer disputes; the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture (ÚKZÚZ, https://ukzuz.gov.cz) supervises feed. ČOI and ÚKZÚZ are not GDPR supervisory authorities.

Fresh fodder is subject to rapid deterioration; the statutory exception to the 14-day withdrawal right under § 1837(e) of the Czech Civil Code (NOZ) is set out in the Terms of Service. It does not restrict rights relating to defective goods or your data protection rights.
